If you are scheduling or paying for any services offered through https://www.tanyamaster.co and/or by communicating with Tanya Master in any fashion, it is important for you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.​
All services provided by Tanya Master, including psychosomatic therapy and coaching, are designed to assist you in exploring and addressing areas of your life that may affect your well-being and progress. While Tanya has extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including somatic trauma healing, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approaches, her services are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
*Please note: Although Tanya is not a licensed psychotherapist or medical practitioner, she is committed to maintaining high professional standards through continuous education and regular supervision.​

Responsibility of Tanya Master as Your Psychosomatic Therapist and Coach

Tanya will make every effort to support you in achieving your goals and desired outcomes as discussed during the initial Discovery Call.

You are responsible for the outcomes and changes in your life resulting from the psychosomatic therapy and coaching process.

Tanya will offer solutions, suggestions, support, options, and advice based on her professional training and qualifications.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and actions taken as a result of therapy and coaching sessions.

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that Tanya is a certified psychosomatic therapist and coach, not a licensed psychotherapist or counsellor, and that her services do not replace professional medical advice.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Tanya will not disclose your participation in therapy or coaching without your explicit consent. You are free to discuss the services with anyone.

All communications and interactions are confidential, and Tanya will maintain the privacy of your personal information in accordance with data protection regulations.

Limitations of Services

The methods used in psychosomatic therapy and coaching are based on professional training and best practices but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You agree to hold Tanya harmless from any liability or responsibility for any adverse effects resulting from the advice provided in the sessions.

SCHEDULING
​
Online Sessions:
-
All online sessions are scheduled in advance via the booking system at www.tanyamaster.com or through direct communication with Tanya.

Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom invite link for each scheduled session.

For multi-session plans, sessions must be redeemed within the designated period. If you are unable to use all sessions within the timeframe, please contact Tanya to arrange an alternative schedule.

If you can't make a scheduled session, inform Tanya and reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being considered forfeit. Please use the booking system or email Tanya to reschedule and receive confirmation.

In-Person Sessions:

In-person sessions are held at Tanya Master's shared practice space in Berlin. The address and specific details will be provided upon scheduling.

Scheduling for in-person sessions is done directly through communication with Tanya. Tanya will advise you of available appointment slots based on her schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-person session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being considered forfeit.

SESSION FEES
​
Fees for sessions and plans are as advertised on Tanya’s website or as agreed upon. Tanya will confirm the fees during the initial Discovery Call and they will be reflected at purchase and on invoices.

PAYMENT TERMS
​
Fees for sessions and plans are charged upfront for single sessions or monthly in advance. Payment is processed through the company website.
​
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Giropay, or online bank transfer via Klarna. Invoices are automatically sent via email.
​
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SESSIONS
​
You may contact Tanya by email between sessions for clarifications, support, or administrative purposes.
Additional therapy or coaching does not occur between scheduled sessions, except in urgent situations. In such cases, emergency sessions may be arranged at the last minute if necessary.

TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS/PAYMENT PLANS

Plans and memberships are sold as complete packages and cannot be altered. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting Tanya directly.

A valid payment method is required. If automatic billing fails, you will receive an invoice for manual payment.

​CHANGES TO SERVICES
Tanya may modify fees for sessions, subscriptions, or plans. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

You may cancel payment before sessions are scheduled. Once a plan is purchased, refunds are not available if no sessions have been redeemed. It is your responsibility to book sessions within the provided cycles.

To cancel, provide written notice by email to info@tanyamaster.com before payment is processed.

ACCOUNTS IN THE CLIENT PORTAL

When creating an account, provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.

Notify Tanya immediately of any security breaches or unauthorised use.

Termination Policy

Clients are encouraged to inform Tanya if they are considering ending the coaching or therapy relationship. While providing notice is not mandatory, doing so helps to ensure a smooth and intentional conclusion to the sessions.

​Tanya may also decide to terminate the therapeutic relationship if it is determined that the services may no longer be beneficial to the client or if the relationship is no longer serving its therapeutic purpose. In such cases, Tanya will strive to provide appropriate referrals or resources to support the client’s continued progress.

INDEMNIFICATION
​
You understand that all action taken in your life is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

AGREEMENT SECTION
By engaging in a therapy or coaching agreement or making payments to https://www.tanyamaster.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
