I am a snow-capped mountain

I am a snow-capped mountain if ever you make it to the top you’ll see my peaks and troughs my climaxes, my depressions I’ve been broken in half I’ve been cracked I’ve then made myself up again from scratch from nothing but sand but here I still stand, tall, solid, unwavering I’ve seen things no one has I’ve heard the sound of deafening isolation

and in that inner space I found purity I found light I found consciousness if only you’d look past the fog written on my face I am not a haze, I am not the maze you think I am I am a snow-capped mountain feel my breeze, whispering the echos of the solar system along the standing hairs on your skin I am a glacier of ancient wisdom I am the entirety of the Antarctic Ocean I am crystal-clear vision
